As always the staff were very friendly and professional and they always make a great cappuccino. Great location away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre. Definitely my favourite Costa and the perfect place to relax and unwind 😊

I would have given 4 stars because the place was clean, the seats were cosy and the desserts were dislplayed beautifully. But the customer service could have been a bit better. My friend asked for an Americano with milk...but they forgot the milk so she had to leave the table to go and get it. The lady who took my order coughed (in a post Covid world, who knows, right?) but she wasn't wearing a mask. Not terrible service, just not brilliant. But my Americano was good: strong, good flavour and not too hot.

Good place to hangout with friends and loved ones. I tried cafe mocha here which was mouth-watering. It's 2mins walking from northumbria university. Prices are convenient as well. #coffee #costa #newcastleupontyne

Really friendly, helpful staff and great service. Only downside is it can get quite busy on a lunchtime - which is fine, I love the buzz...unless, as in many of these coffee shops, laptop users are taking up seats while eating and drinking their own stuff and not buying Costa products, which means the paying customers have to find somewhere else to go. Have no problem with them using laptops and having Costa products, it's a great place to work and study - but it's a bit 'off' when you see them unpacking a picnic!

Friendly staff, very welcoming and a pleasant experience. The drinks menu includes festive options with a the Terry's Chocolate Orange or After Eight Hot Chocolate - so so good. Prompt service, with additional options including different milks to cater for those with specific dietary requirements.
