Great staff, great flat whites, and decent bacon sandwiches with a nice chilled vibe sitting indoors.
My sweet of Costa Coffee whichever branch it is is that the staff healthy and happy and smiling all the time and that’s one of the most ingredients about the flavour of the coffee
As always the staff were very friendly and professional and they always make a great cappuccino. Great location away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre. Definitely my favourite Costa and the perfect place to relax and unwind 😊
I would have given 4 stars because the place was clean, the seats were cosy and the desserts were dislplayed beautifully. But the customer service could have been a bit better. My friend asked for an Americano with milk...but they forgot the milk so she had to leave the table to go and get it. The lady who took my order coughed (in a post Covid world, who knows, right?) but she wasn't wearing a mask. Not terrible service, just not brilliant. But my Americano was good: strong, good flavour and not too hot.
Good place to hangout with friends and loved ones. I tried cafe mocha here which was mouth-watering. It's 2mins walking from northumbria university. Prices are convenient as well. #coffee #costa #newcastleupontyne
