Visited Costa Coffee in Orchard Square a couple of times for a coffee just after 5.30pm. Will not go there again. On my recent visit paid for the coffee and snacks and then another male member of staff began to harass and bully me and my friend because he clearly wanted to close early. We were hugely disappointed at this unprofessional customer service and had to ask for a refund . Customer Care was sadly lacking and these 2 staff members need to be trained properly before they are allowed to work with the public. I strongly... read more
