Reasonable Costa in the city centre where we were able to find a seat on a busy Saturday afternoon. Service was reasonably friendly and fast. Chocolate Twist tasted stale, although hot drinks and Millionaire's Shortbread were good

Spacious, well lit with plenty of seating. Quick and friendly service as not the busiest costa in the city. Good selection of fresh drinks and coffee as well as cakes and sandwiches.

For a dreary Tuesday it's nice to have friendly and warm staff on the tills. Chris was very welcoming and No judgement if you want to come in, have a coffee and set yourself up for some work (eating cake along the way). Watching him interact with customers was a joy to see. Witnessed an old lady come up to him and give him a big hug (clearly a regular) and was she was treated with the utmost respect. I've not been in this coffee shop for a while, but I'm glad I came in today. Leaving with a smile on my face 😊

Not a good advert for Costa tables not cleared and mess on chairs, even when we sat at the table I had to start clearing up so we could sit there. Later the staff came and took the dirty trays lent against the wall turned to me and walked off still leaving the mess on the table! Unbelievable.. I called on a week day around 2pm it was busy but no excuse fof the poor service. In the photo I've attached, the only thing yhat was mine is the teapot and cup the rest is from the previous visitor's Costa you need to up your game... read more

Everything was ok, coffee tasted a bit burnt... the chairs are stained... not as comfy as others and since it was in the evening those lights shining on you are a bit too bright they blind you... needs a bit of revamping from my point of view...
