I popped into this Costa in Covent Garden and really enjoyed the experience. The location is perfect – right in the middle of all the buzz, but still feels cozy once you’re inside.especially environment, and the Christmas songs. The staff were friendly and patient, even though it was quite busy. I went to Covent Garden this Tuesday evening, and the queue was incredibly long. Honestly, my expectations weren’t very high, especially as only two people were serving the entire line. However, to my surprise, I ordered a flat white and it was absolutely amazing genuinely one of the best I’ve ever had. The girl at the till was also very lovely and friendly. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Sunny. A small outlet between Strand and Covent Garden, mostly geared towards take away with paper cups only, but there are a few seats available.
