Friendly and helpful staff, especially Sunny. A small outlet between Strand and Covent Garden, mostly geared towards take away with paper cups only, but there are a few seats available.
The worst customer service. The two staff members display a poor attitude and cleanliness is lacking. It was good three years ago, but now the standards have significantly fallen.
Spilt coffee over my shirt as they hadn't closed the lid properly. Refused access to their staff toilet to clean myself up even though it was their fault. Shameful service.
they're not offering sufficient food... bakery items are always not available
amazing place petite but clean. service was amazing and i must say the coconut milk quality is better than starbucks ⭐️
