Wonderful Place to Live The rental manager is incredible in walking us through paperwork and making the entire process understandable, quick, and as painless as possible. The apartments are located in such a quaint and quiet residential neighborhood that I've had fun exploring and the apartments themselves are comfortable at more than reasonable prices! Accommodating pets, providing storage space, and tenant only parking are all wonderful accommodations on top of everything else.
Don’t let the reviews scare you I’ve been living at Cottage Terrace for almost 2 years now, and honestly planning on renewing my lease again! I have not seen any Mice, and as long as you take your trash out + maintain your unit correctly, you shouldn’t see any pests. The property manager Lexi is patient (sometimes I have concerns and she deals with them) and she’s very understanding with animals!
