Clean and beautiful, wonderful staff and I felt very comfortable with the flow of the appointment. Dr. Urday had obviously studied my dog's chart and came in ready to discuss. The online portal allowed them to get my records long before the appointment so I was glad to be able to take advantage of that to make the appointment so smooth for all of us! Bringing in our 6 ragdoll kittens for neuters before they go to their new families was a little nerve wracking, but Dr. Urday, Annie, Dana and the whole team made me feel comfortable and I knew the kittens were in good hands. It’s obvious how much they love our pets!! The kittens did amazing afterward. They didn’t even seem to know anything had happened. Thank you for taking good care of them!
Our doodle was neutered recently and they took great care of him and provided detailed care instructions before and after the procedure. They spent time talking us through what to expect and made sure we were able to get all of our questions answered. They continued to check in after we came home to make sure the healing process was going smoothly.
Dr. Urday is an amazing and caring veterinarian who has a special way with animals. His diagnostic and care protocols, as well as his staff, are excellent. My last Maltese passed away from old age, and Cottleville Animal Hospital was very caring and helped me to handle his remains with love and respect. I recently bought a new Maltese puppy in Korea, and I wanted to take him to Cottleville Animal Hospital. I drive from Chesterfield so my puppy can see Dr. Urday.
I took my sweet Chloe here due to the fact that she is very fearful and timid of many things and strangers. Also to get a second opinion on an ear vasculitis issue. I was so impressed with the time the manager spent with me and Dr King with me and Chloe! They were so good with Chloe she barely knew she was being examined! Dr. King had great recommendations and options. We will be bringing our fur baby back here for sure and will be going forward with the recommendations. Thank you Brenda Kiefer
