Bringing in our 6 ragdoll kittens for neuters before they go to their new families was a little nerve wracking, but Dr. Urday, Annie, Dana and the whole team made me feel comfortable and I knew the kittens were in good hands. It’s obvious how much they love our pets!! The kittens did amazing afterward. They didn’t even seem to know anything had happened. Thank you for taking good care of them!
My cat is very skittish and distrustful of strangers. As such, i’m very protective of her. The vets here not only accommodate for that to keep animals feeling safe, they allowed me to be next to her as they administered her shots. Very happy and confident to call this place my goto veterinary clinic
My first visit here was an emergency visit in early October. I thought that one of my two cats had played with and then swallowed an embroidery needle. After calling quite a few other animal clinics in the area, I was so lucky to find this one! The person who answered the phone was very professional and fast to answer my questions about what would need to be done and cost as well as calm me down a little bit. We had a great experience bringing our two cats to see Dr. Urday for their check ups. Very easy to book an appointment, and it was so nice to go directly into a room once we arrived. The whole staff was excellent and provided a professional and welcoming atmosphere. Our cats were at ease even through the nervousness of traveling and being in an unknown space, thanks to the care and comfort that was provided. We are very satisfied with our visit and will definitely be returning in the future.
I take both my senior dog and mischievous teenage cat to Cottleville Animal Hospital. Dr.Urday as well as all of the staff go above and beyond to make sure you and your fur children feel comfortable. We were there recently with my senior dog who in old age has developed more health concerns and while you never want to hear any bad news it was explained clearly & with compassion.
