My kitty has been sick, I emailed Dr. Urday at The Pet Doctor with some questions and got an immediate response. Dr. Urday answered several emails from me, and we discussed Sammy and the situation. I made an appointment and took Sammy to see Dr. Urday for a 2nd opinion. Dr. Urday did an in-office ultrasound and discussed what he saw. We then had to do a mobile ultrasound specialist, and the Pet Doctor staff got that set up quickly. They were wonderful with the way Sammy was cared for. My cat needed an updated prescription, but we had moved away from his vet and hadn't established a new one yet. I initially called the o'fallon location since it would be 5 minutes away from our house but they didn't have any availability and suggested we call this location. Lucky enough, they were able to fit me in on my schedule! As soon as I pulled up I was amazed by the structure of the building and the layout of where dogs could enter and where cats could enter. Thank you ladies for always taking care of my baby Bentley. He is a super playful pup and they are always treating him so well. He had an exam today because he was feeling sick and i've also had his vaccines in the past. Every time has been very welcoming. It's also really cute decor from the outside you can't miss it!
I took my kitten up there because he was having some respiratory problems and they told me it would be $800 for a couple hours not even a whole day because they wanted to hospitalize him then they added i have to pick him up that same day by 5 then come back the next day and pay additional fees to get him treated again and they told me that he would die within that night or the next day if i don't get help for him they only checked his weight and temperature and they didn't do no testing nor anything before they just came in... read more
