Unless you live close enough to check on your love ones daily, don’t put them in Cottonwood, they will not answer the phone , you will fight them tooth and nail to protect your love one, if your love one gets sick they will let them lay there sick for two weeks before they ever send them to the hospital, the only good person I have met in that nursing home is a nurse name April. I do not recommend this nursing home at all.

I don’t care what their website says…don’t…just don’t. My mother was only there for rehab, thankfully. It was the most horrible experience of our lives. Good thing I live close and could check on her several times a day. The list is too long to even get in to. So disappointing to think our loved ones could be treated so poorly. One of the nurses was so rude and disrespectful to my family and grandmother I highly, highly recommend taking your loved one somewhere else. If I could leave negative stars I would.

Walk the grounds and rooms. Very nice and re-modeled.
