On 2 separate occasions, my husband was in need of rehabilitation services. After choosing Country Arch the first time there was no question where he wanted to go the second time. The Admissions coordinator, Cynthia made the admission seamless. From day one we felt welcomed and cared for. The staff treated my husband as if he was one of their own. I’ve worked at Country Arch for about 2 years and loved it. All administrative staff treated me like family and allowed me to use all of my potential for various tasks. I enjoyed working with everyone! The families that I got close to were wonderful as well and had amazing things to say about the staff and the care that their loved ones received.
Through personal experience as an employee, Country Arch has amazing staff who truly love what they do and the proof is in the care they provide. The building is clean, free of odors, well-maintained and cozy. The majority of the caregivers (aides) have been at the facility for decades and create a true homelike environment. The clinical team has an amazing, team like mentality, always striving to be exceptional. This is evidenced by the 5 star quality measure rating.
The building is tucked away on a beautiful piece of property. The nursing care has rated 5 stars for the year and it shows. The staff are friendly and many have worked there for 20 years or more. I recommend stopping in to see it if you have not been there in the last year. It has a whole new feel.
