The office staff, maintenance, and facilities are a great part of this community. I’ve never had any issues with them! They’ve always been attentive to my needs or issues, and have been there promptly to address them. The pool is seasonal but is always clean. Nice playground for the kiddos too!
Management has demonstrated a lack of transparency by failing to disclose essential rental requirements upfront and appears overwhelmed by the responsibility of overseeing four properties. Prospective tenants should not be asked to tour a unit without first being informed of the minimum credit score requirement of 550. 5 stars would be given to the local management, 0 would be given to Corporate - so I met in the middle with 3 overall. I have lived here for going on 11 years. The previous management was a 0 star (prior to August 2021). The manager was rarely available, and when she was she did as little as possible. She policed complaints and repairs, and filtered what did or didn’t “get fixed”. Maintenance was allowed only to do the bare minimum, as cheaply as possible with no care to do things correctly. I think when you guys answer the phone you should state your name so I know who I'm talking to. Instead of me asking who it is. Other than that great place to live. Also the heater keeps making annoying clicking sounds every time the heat kicks on. Don't know if that is normal.
Tried to rent a home from them and it was a joke. First scheduled an appointment at 11:15 and they were so thrown off and were not expecting me. They proceeded to show me “the only” trailer they had. Whatever I go on about my day and look for other options. To my surprise they own every single trailer park in hays. Then they tried to charge me $100 for two application fees just to go look at a trailer. Chick told me something different every time I called them. A straight up JOKE!!
