They never answered me after 10 emails sent to them. They called me disrespectful at one point for not returning a call 6 months ago and then go ahead and not respond to me. They also blocked me on Facebook so I can’t see any of their posts after I called them out. Charged me 100 to apply then changed application fees to $29 the next day. Rude management and I’m apparently not the only one who thinks so. Would not recommend wasting your time. Not very pet friendly either.
Don't expect any call back from leaving a message, or an answer from an e-mail. As long as Brook gets your rent, your on your own. It won't matter if you rent or have owned since 2005. Had an appointment at 2 to look at trailers was totally stood up. The lady was also rude while making the appt. So I was basically treated as a huge inconvenience. Very unprofessional
Raising lot rent to almost 400 dollars by the time sewer and trash is added is hwy robbery. You guys should be ashamed and embarrassed to be charging this. Also Brooke is way over her head as far as taking care of what needs to be addressed in their own rules and regulations infractions. I believe she has her favorite tenants and will cater to them.
