I can understand a delay in the winter when it is hard to get around! The problem is you cannot get an answer from anyone. They used to have a chat on their website, but it was taken down. If you call, you are placed on hold. My collection day is Wednesday. They did not pick up. I called at 3PM.I hung up at 4:15 PM, no one answered. County Waste does not consistently make scheduled pickups This time, It has been three weeks of skipped pickups. A raccoon got into the garbage last night and I had to clean int up. When I call to find out what's going on, I end up on endless hold. No answer. Terrible service.

Should get zero stars, didn't pick up our garbage, said short on drivers TRY AGAIN NEXT WEEK, then hung up. after waiting 45 minutes on hold. accused us of not having garbage out on time on the second call, They were good when they first took over for Butler ( who were excellent) but last six months they have been really bad. Getting a quote from waste management I have had it

AVOID AT ALL COST!!! In the almost three years we have used Waste Management Services the number of missed pick ups have become countless. I live in Glen Spey, NY. I have had to scrape bear and raccoon strewn garbage from my street at least twice. Not only do they not send out notifications of interruptions in service they miss entire weeks without notice. Haven't seen a truck in three weeks despite two of the weeks the road was clear. 90+ minute wait time on phone, no replays TIME TO SWITCH TO WASTE MANAGEMENT

2nd time in 3 weeks my trash was not picked up. Today 2/15/2021, there was no reason at all. The roads were not snow covered or icy. Forget trying to get through to anyone in customer service. Switching to another company and will be demanding a refund. Would give a 0 rating if able to.

Joke of a company. Haven’t picked up my trash in two weeks. I can’t get an answer at customer service. I’ve been on hold for 40 mins each time.
