Spent $255 on driving lessons that got smooshed into a 2 day period, tested in a snowed out parking lot where no lines were visible but was still told to stop on the yellow line that was under 2 inches of snow Instructor told me he was going to show me how to back up properly I told him I couldn't hear him due to the traffic being so loud as he was yelling to me in a parking lot and he promptly got in his vehicle and left. I had a very disappointing experience with this driving school company. They seem more interested in getting paid than actually helping you improve or calm your nerves. instead of guidance, I felt rushed and dismissed. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you need patience or support.” I will spend my hard earned money else where.
My niece went here for her drivers training through Anchor Bay. One of the old men that takes the kids out on the road likes to yell at 15 year old girls, when they make mistakes, until they cry. Screaming at anyone while they’re behind the wheel is incredibly unsafe. If that’s the only way these “instructors” know how to take corrective action, then this probably isn’t the right job for them.
The terrible reviews are all correct. The Chesterfield instructor needed to pay attention to his job and the test being administered and not blabbering on about the "changes" in the older neighborhoods. Constant monotone babble while giving instruction being both hard to hear and being overly distracting. The only Courtesy is taking your $
I had the instructor Kim. she was an amazing person and she was incredibly nice. She was understanding of any anxiety or worry it was nice and easy.
