If I could give zero stars I would.. I scheduled my sons road test over a month ago.. the day of the test we got there early so we wouldn’t get charged the 70$ for being late.. and the instructor NEVER SHOWED UP!!waited for over a hour.. Never called till 2 hours AFTER the missed appointment .. then proceeded to tell me “be mad if you want” and they simply “forgot” they had tests that day then hung up on me.. All I wanted to do was schedule an appointment to take my road test and I do have my children in the room with me and they’re being a little noisy, but not quite as loud as the representative was Portraying but the tone and her voice was very rude and aggressive . I don’t think anybody should talk to anyone like that it’s never that serious if you don’t like your job just get a new one.
Finds any and every reason not to perform test. They just want to take your money.
