Instructor is great. Very patient with the students. I was able to observe my daughter's test drive session today from the back seat. Instructor Bill has a very calm approach that keeps the students accountable and attentive, but not stressed. Highly recommend. Good experience for my daughter. Would use again for my younger kids when it's time.
I’ve taken 2 sessions with Mr. Faulds and I’m excited for the next one. I’ve already seen massive improvements in lane changes, a reduction in driving anxiety, and I become a lot more prepared for the road each time we have a driving session!

If I could give a 0 I would. Absolute rude lady on the phone who will not listen about a metal illness that has occurred with someone who is now unable to take the courses by the time they are 18. Absolutely awful talking to me like I’m a child on the phone. DO NOT USE.
Very nice experience, instructor was very nice and helpful.
