For those not familiar with this place, there's definitely no beach here, as the pics atta he'd here may lead you to believe. That's wishful thinking or false advertisement. This place is an overcrowded trailer compound made up of mostly Cubans. Is no coral gables, but is not a rundown, trashy ghetto either. And is where good people with little means call home. It floods ankle deep when rain lasts for a couple of days so make sure you have rubber boots. Other than that is just another Miami neighborhood.
this place is a dump and dangerous and dirty. The landlords who rent out the properties take advantage of you, don't fix anything, over charge for everything, the water will get turned off for hours, ants everywhere some people have roosters, stray dogs, stray Cats feces all over the road. Their maintenance men around here, I have no idea what they even do and to get them to do anything you have to pay them money, which is ridiculous. It's been part of the community for a long time. I was visiting a friend. It was the first time I ever actually entered. I found it to be a pleasant place to visit.
I've been living here for over 14 years. It's family orientated and I can honestly say I feel very welcomed. It has a very unique vibe nowadays since there isn't any HOA of sorts to tell people how they could decorate their homes. It's honestly impressive the home add ons people build in this community. This is where I live currently but I live in a efficiency and it is lacking space so I am dieing to move to an apartment but rent is high and I don't have the funds to move out yet. The efficiency has bug infestation and the owner of the trailer won't do anything to resolve the issue
