Lifestance and more importantly N.R Courtney Jones have given me a second chance at life. Before I met Courtney, I was medicated but my Dr. wasn’t listening to certain debilitating issues I was having. Courtney understood and took immediate action (after talking with me about the pros and cons of the meds) And she even follows up on what you talked to from the previous appointment (not that common) ! Awesome! Highly recommend.

Dr. Jones, honestly cares about her patience. If she feels that you need more time to speak with her she will take the time. The staff is warm, welcoming and willing to help in away they can. The only problem I have is contacting the office due to the switchboard when calling. I believe that the office needs more help.

I love Courtney! She always remembers to ask me questions that make me feel like she cares. Like about my family and grandkids and really helps to make me feel seen as a person and not just as a patient. Thank you! 😊

Excellent service. Team is focused on helping me deal with minimal use of medication. The medication they provide is well researched and effective for my specific needs. Been with them for over 8 years and always provided a great service.
