I'm going to start by saying the maintenance employees are not doing their job when some residents need help fixing something, but I feel like they're racial profiling some people because one of them are fixing the nextdoor neighbor's stuff. In the past I have called them for a service request to fix something, but no one came and that's why I can't trust the maintenance for help since they have favoritism. I'm not sure who is managing this facility but the seniors who live here, needs should be met as if it was your mother or father. Due to a electrical fire on the 3rd floor these seniors left there homes with the clothes on their back and was unable to return. No medication, No money and No clothes or toiletries nor was any of these items provided for them. Placed on Septa buses and taken to a Salvation Army shelter after walking down many flights of steps to get to safety. It has been 2 weeks and management still has not co... read more
I am truly in disbelief! Moving to court yard apartment was a blessing at first being as though I had to move from Hartford ct it was a happy moment for my five children and I ! Coming here I thought would have been the best option being as though I have family around and my children would finally be able to connect with them and get a fresh start ! Hi My sister live in this apartment and I seen how kids from the same complex put hand on my niece and nephews how they go across the street to the park and they being Chase where they have to run home I seen how two guys came banging on her door with some thing in there hand how the other kids jumped the face and put hand on my niece where she had scared and hair pulled and that not all she had me on video when she want to the office and they started gaming up on her where they told her because they couldn't make the video... read more
Due to a recent fire at this building, the seniors were displaced and sent to the salvation army to sleep on cots without any care or concern for their health and wellness. They were sent without their medications and other necessities. Toiletries, etc. The management then went into their units and took all of their food out of the refrigerators without consulting them in advance.
