cost of living The apartment is maintained to adequate standards. Major and safety issues are addressed by management quickly. There is a pool on site, though I have not used it, the pool comes in handy on hot summer days. If you're looking for a good value, apartments in Hawthorne area will suffice. Courtyard apartments the location is good the place sits on a Main Street surrounded by all kinds of fast food, and bus routes. Also just a 2 minute walk to a shopping center with a grocery store. The apt itself is very quite kid friendly, however there is no pets allow. The utilities are included into your rent which is a HUGE plus!! There is a pool that is kept clean year around with a safety gate.
