We trust Dr. JK to care for our elderly Chihuahua Garrison who just turned 16. All of the staff is kind and professional. Garrison enjoys his visits!
I am not sure I have enough pleasant words to explain my experience with Covenant Animal Clinic. Aside from the distance from the parking spots to the entrance, (this more on me than them) there is absolutely nothing bad I could remotely say. Dr.Josh at Covenant Centerville was so great with our old lady, Ruby. He took the precautions necessary to diagnose her digestive problems, including taking an X-ray that revealed a blockage in her colon caused by 13 year old Ruby eating sand from the creek bed behind our yard. We had a few anxious days, but with the guidance of Dr. Josh, Ruby is well!
Great first impression! I’m probably overly cautious and critical when it comes to my pets, but the staff and Dr. DeGrendel were so comforting and sweet towards my little June. And Dr. DeGrendel’s background from working at the zoo for a while before going to vet school interested me. She clearly has a long history working with animals and that gave me comfort as well.
I’ve been going to covenant for almost a decade now. They have been nothing short of outstanding every single visit. They have helped us through pets passing, maintenance care for our now 12 year old dog, and a new puppy, most recently. I’m a helicopter dog parent and I’m so grateful they’re responsive and patient with all of my questions and concerns. The vet techs are amazing, we usually see DR.
