NFCU uses this company to broker life insurance.. the customer service is terrible, not what I would expect from a company associated with NFCU. They are sweet and kind to pull you in, but you simply disappear to them if you have any kind of issue or concern.
Buying life insurance is a big deal. Not to these guys. They couldn't be bothered. Terrible communication. Zero initiative. They sent all of my private policy records via an unsecured email. Something is fundamentally wrong with leadership and management within this organization. I'm saddened and troubled that more financial planners and brokers will not read this review.
