Was an amazing startup company founded in Boise. Now it's not so great, lots of turnover, chaotic work environment, and lots of politics. Worst part is how certain people are treated compared to others.
NFCU uses this company to broker life insurance.. the customer service is terrible, not what I would expect from a company associated with NFCU. They are sweet and kind to pull you in, but you simply disappear to them if you have any kind of issue or concern.
Working to bring Life Insurance into the future, Covr's management seeks to constantly improve the process and experience of life insurance. I've enjoyed my interactions with their team.
Unfortunately there is no recourse for employees that are wrongly accused .. you aren't permitted to have a defense. It is wrong.
