We would highly recommend Cox Pools as your next pool builders. They were nothing short of being very professional, personable, and treat you "like family"! The staff and crew were very accommodating with our change orders to build our "Dream Pool"! You won't be disappointed! They make sure of that!
Cox installed our pool almost 3 years ago. We have been very pleased. One of our lights went out recently, right before our son’s wedding. I really wanted it fixed before we had company, and Jamie was very kind to make sure that happened!!
Cox Pools did a great job with our pool. From Hunter Gwin the salesman, to McLane Borland the project supervisor to the customer service rep Jamie, they were all very professional knowledgeable and responsive. They completed the project ahead of schedule and were very helpful in all aspects of the pool construction. I would highly recommend them.
Just wanted to say the our experience with Cox Pools crew out of Dothan, AL did a wonderful job and going above and beyond in making our pool a big part of our new home. A shout out to James for stepping up and taking the lead on a challenging build and hitting the bullseye. Thank you Cox Pools.
It all started on April 19, 2018. I signed the contract and made the deposit. I was told it would be completed in 2 to 3 weeks depending on weather from start to finish. The pool arrived June 3rd and the digging began on June 5th. They added some of the water that day and completely filled it on the 6th.
