Been using CPAP.COM for years. My current order was missing in action by the USPS. Tracking just said it would be late and was moving to its next position. Shipped Nov. 8th today is the 25th. Spoke to Erica who was courteous, helpful, understanding and efficient. Order was resent today...Thank You CPAP.COM....

I called CPAP.com because my husband's AirSense 10 was giving an error code. Carla answered the phone and she knew what she was doing! We had been wanting to buy a mini-cpap for a while now, and she got us such a good price we snapped one right up. The mini shipped same day for overnight delivery. Meanwhile she made it very easy for us to send the non-functioning unit in for repair. CPAP is dealing with the manufacturer, not us. We have been using CPAP for almost 4 years now and have always been pleased. Very pleased.... read more
