I got lost on Amazon, thinking I'd find a simple CPAP mask assembly to go with my Philips Dream station. Ha, not so! Dizzying quagmire of odds and ends, and extremely time consuming. I tried a google search instead, landing on CPAP.com. The tab for masks was great, as it was laid out perfectly-- and I found what I needed in nothing flat. I needed to release an order, because some wipes were on backorder. Dasha was very polite and efficient, and the chat feature was great! Very pleased with the ease of ordering. Thank you.

This review is for Heath who helped me understand and set up my new Dream Station Go machine. He was extremely patient, helpful and clear in describing what things meant and what I needed to do to set up my machine. I only used the machine once so I can't say too much about it now. The one problem I had was that the humidifier didn't heat up. Now I hope it will. If I need to call again, I would be delighted if Heath or someone equally patient can help me.

I have a very high insurance deductible and was looking for alternatives to the very high prices they quoted me for equipment. I did an online chat with Dasha, who answered my questions quickly and completely. I just started shopping for equipment, but I feel like I will end up back at cpap.com. I actually feel optimistic now that I will be able to get what I need without going broke.

I needed to replace my current CPAP nasal mask and head band, but my local (previous supplier) did not have the item I needed. The customer service representative told me to contact CPAP.com because they have a vast array of CPAP supplies. I went to the website indicated above and found the item I wanted, but had some questions about the need for a new doctor's prescription before I could buy the item I needed.
