I called the night before Thanksgiving at 7:30pm after spending 2 months dealing with 2 local equipment suppliers whose business practices are shady at best, and fraudulent at worst. I had convinced my doc to just write me the Rx after dealing with the other 2. I had been looking at several online companies, cpap.com being one of them, when one of my clients said, "just deal with cpap.com, don't bother with anyone else." He then told me about getting stuck in Denver with a broken mask, and how cpap.com helped him out, and had a new set up waiting for him at his hotel in Aspen then next night. So, I called. I was trying to get this process started because the holidays were going to slow everything down, and I had already turned my old machine into the supplier. They acted as if I would try to steal it, and demanded I get it to them as soon as possible, whether I had a new machine yet or not. I'm new to CPAPs, and my cpap.com service advisor was great. I knew the machine I wanted, and she got me all set up even though my mask and machine are from different manufacturers. She made sure I had everything I would need, let me know it would ship on Black Friday, and arrive on Monday. Overnight shipping is included, but there is this thing called a weekend.... After the 2 months of nothing but grief dealing with 2 nationwide suppliers with "local" offices, this was so much easier. THANK YOU!!!
