Every one from the front desk to the dentist’s assistant was very helpful. I was A little anxious when I arrived. The dental assistant and Dr. Koagel took very good care of me. I had a root canal and it was one of the most Pleasant experiences that I’ve had in a dental office.
Lisa at the front desk was so helpful in checking coverage and following up. The hygienist working with Dr. Kagel was pleasant and calming. Dr. Kagel is amazing! Pleasant and speaks through the treatment plan. While I am not afraid of the dentist or procedures, she delivered injections to the gums with NO pain! She was gentle and did a great job. The doctor i saw today was tremendous! Not only were they highly skilled, they were the most caring and sweetest group I have ever worked with. I am not the easiest patient and the level of patience and care they showed me was top notch!!!! Highly recommended!
