Dr. Koagel and her P.A. made certain I was comfortable and knew what to expect going forward w/ my root canal procedure. Dr. Koagel was practiced n efficient during the procedure...frequently commenting on upcoming sounds I might hear n making certain I was remaining painfree. Great! If anyone is anxious about getting a root canal — Dr. Susie Koagel and staff made it a smooth and stress free experience. Dr. Koagel was professional, gentle and explained every step of the process. The procedure was painless and quicker than I expected. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a root canal!
My daughter was taken care of here at Crabapple Endodontics. The check in process was smooth and the staff were exceptionally pleasant and welcoming. Dr Susan(cannot remember her last name ☺️) was exceptional. She was so gentle and kind to my child. Thank you everyone at Crabapple for being so nice and professional.
By far the best experience I have had with getting a root canal (my fourth :( sadly) They fit me in quickly, and Dr K handled a curvy root in a tough area with serious skill. They were very kind about the level of pain I was feeling and took great care of me. Highly recommend!
Unfortunately I had the pleasure of having Dr. Koagel do two root canals. While there is nothing good about a root canal, Dr. Koagel is the best. She has great personality and is very skilled in her profession. I would highly recommend her!
