This was the best restaurant experience I’ve had in a couple of years - if not decades. Quick to seat. Were offered the daily special as we were seated. Greeted cheerfully by our server. Prompt Food & Drinks. Plenty of staff members circling to ensure a fantastic customer experience. It is DEFINITELY worth going to, again and again.
What a great time my father and I had for a lunch outing! The place was great and fresh with the color choices, the food was perfect, our server was a little flustered but she stayed on us and still provided a great experience. Thank you Chip!! Overall we were satisfied and had a great time. We were seated right away. It’s their first day so it was a little hectic but nothing to be stressed about. UPDATE 5/22: we went back to Cracker Barrel today and had probably one of the most frustrating restaurant experiences in a long time. Service was horrible today...we put our name in and waited for about 5 minutes before getting seated. Then it was another 10+ minutes before we flagged down a waitress trying to just get a drink and food order in. My food at this location tasted fresh and everything was delicious. The panckes were light in color but still had nice edges. They managed to get my bacon to the perfect texture, not too burnt but still crispy. Ham was cooked just right. My husband enjoyed his steak & eggs meal. We had no complaints at all. My partner and I came for dinner tonight and had the BEST experience with this new Cracker Barrel. Cailean, our server was friendly, attentive and always had a smile on his face. They were super busy which is understandable for it being only a week old, but the staff did their best to make our dinner enjoyable. We will recommend this location to all of our friends and co-workers. Great job Cracker Barrel!!
