I highly recommend Craftech for mitigation. Their team responded quickly (on a holiday weekend) to my needs for mitigation given a sewage crisis in a finished basement. Sean was responsive to my many questions without exception. He was available by phone and text throughout the project. Other members of the team included Garry Jr, Josh, Nick, Connor, and Collin W. All were polite, respectful, and sensitive to the magnitude of the situation. They are exemplary representatives of this company.

Craftech Restoration’s staff did an amazing job of cleaning our bulkhead!! Our bulkhead had become impassable due to a rodent issue. The crew’s attention to detail and ability to restore our bulkhead to a useable space was remarkable! We are very pleased with Craftech’s professionalism and service, and would highly recommend this company for all your clean-up and mitigation needs!

We received a call that someone heard water running at my 87 year old mothers house the weekend she was staying at my house for a family party. Called Craftech after reading the reviews online and was pleasantly surprised as the service we received from the start, with Angie, who answered the phone to Shawn, Rich, Zack, Collin(with 2 L’s) and Connor who supplied my mom with packing boxes. I recently had an issue with water pipe leakage caused by a construction company. CraftTech did a great job with the mitigation work. Their team was professional, efficient, and completed the job properly. Communication was clear throughout the process, and they kept me informed at every step. Overall, I’m satisfied with their work and would recommend them for mitigation services.

I had an excelllent experience with Craftech from start to finish. The entire team was professional, friendly, and polite. Shawn, Garry, Collin and Nick were exceptional and my dog Ginger loved them. Jake King in the office did a great job coordinating everything with insurance. It was easy and the mitigation was successful, no more moisture in my ceiling and walls.
