Great service. Very happy I used Craftech for mold remediation in our home. They were quick, reliable, extremely thorough, and great communicators along the way. Really good group of people. Big thanks to Jake, Connor, Nick, Collin, Garry Sr., and Joshua. Thanks a ton guys!
I highly recommend Craftech for mitigation. Their team responded quickly (on a holiday weekend) to my needs for mitigation given a sewage crisis in a finished basement. Sean was responsive to my many questions without exception. He was available by phone and text throughout the project. Other members of the team included Garry Jr, Josh, Nick, Connor, and Collin W. All were polite, respectful, and sensitive to the magnitude of the situation. They are exemplary representatives of this company.
We had a fantastic experience working with Craft Tech from beginning to end. Their team was highly professional and prompt throughout the process. On two separate occasions, Jacob went out of his way to accommodate our needs, even starting the job on a Friday. Connor and Josh did an outstanding job, going above and beyond our expectations. We highly recommend Craft Tech!

Somebody came out every day to check on the drying process, always calling in advance to see if we were ... read more

Jacob was on site within 2 hours of my initial call, assessing the damage and putting everything into motion, and within the next hour, crews were on site setting up fans and dehumidifiers. Beyond that, crews remained respectful, were willing to work around my schedule, and were always willing to answer any questions, and were always on time. Hopefully we never have this (or anything else) happen again, but if we d... read more
