The same woman who manages most storage units in Craig Colorado is the same one that manages Craig storage. She’s not concerned with her customers, their best interest, their satisfaction but rather her own self interests. My storage unit got broken into with a lot of things taken of sentimental value, that can’t EVER be replaced; this was of no concern to her. She could care less. Helped me get my free months and were fair
This pertains to the UHaul side of the business. Loraine is rude and treats you like she is doing you a favor by renting to you. She is incompetent in the only aspect of her job. Confirmed my reservation with my information then called 2 days later and asked for all of it again. When questioned she couldn't answer for the redundancy... LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR UHAUL NEEDS!
