We have been at Cranfield for 2 years now. It was our favorite option and has continued to be a great decision for our family. There's a security code unique to each family so we don't worry about random people walking in without a reason to be there. They have an app they use to communicate with parents about meals, naps, diaper changes, etc. each day. My child has been at Cranfield for about 18 months, and I was shocked to see the negative reviews. However, I do know that the administrative team was completely replaced around the same time she started. We have had an incredibly positive experience with Cranfield. The teachers have been wonderful, and they use a fantastic app to keep you updated on your child throughout the day. We have loved our experience with Cranfield so far! We originally toured in person because we know that often times reviews don't always correctly reflect an establishment. We were immediately impressed! We were warmly greeted and given the information for the early infant program. My Husband and I knew we were going to enroll our son directly after we toured. This facility is extremely organized, friendly and comforting for first time parents (like us).
My son has been attending Cranfield for almost a year now and he loves it! Every day I drop him off, I know he's in good hands. The director and teachers are all very nice, professional and I can tell they care about the children and their development. The facility is very clean and has a homey feel to it, brand new playground too. Snacks and coffee for parents, monthly nights out and Brightwheel updates all day long, can't ask for more.
Great, clean facility with top notch teachers and workers. My son has been going to Cranfield since he was one, and has really enjoyed it. We wanted to put him in a day care that wasn't just a glorified babysitter service, and Cranfield fits that bill. They're working with him on all the essential basics including, eating with utensils at a table, baby sign language, colors, shapes, numbers... all that good stuff. I wish I could rate this place -100! This place is the most unorganized, unfriendly, unprofessional, unclean daycare center I have ever visited in the Charlotte area. Unbelievable! I called back in August to get our son registered, the young lady suggested we come tour and stated that she would add us to their "waiting list" ... let me tell you on our tour, the place is severely understaffed, and not the cleanliest. Not impressed AT ALL. The directors were both very unfriendly and unbecoming and could not answer the majority of my questions with a response parents would feel comfortable about. The teachers in the infant rooms seemed good but not necessarily happy to be there and it starts at the top so if the directors represented their true self while I was there then that explains why. My 2.5 month old daughter was enrolled here for two days. I pulled her out immediately after I discovered they had fed her the wrong bottle, which happened to be another womans breasmilk. Because of their carelessness, I had to bring my 2.5 month old baby to the doctor for bloodwork to test for HIV and Hepatitis. Thankfully, her bloodwork came back normal, but I will have to get her retested again in 6 months.
