I felt welcomed from the moment I walked into Cratos Health Calculated. The staff didn't make irrational promises and actually took the time to understand my objectives. Despite being structured, the weight loss program was adaptable enough to accommodate my hectic schedule. I saw consistent improvement and increased vitality after a few weeks. Their support has truly made me feel healthier and more confident.
First let me start off by saying I love cratos as a whole. But when it comes to shipping they fall extremely short. Within the last 6 months, I’ve had them FORGET to send my medication TWICE. They also sent it to the wrong address on another occasion. The first time I called after not receiving it for 2 weeks. They said they were waiting for a big shipment to be picked up ( I didn’t believe that, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt) It should be shipped out immediately when I’m paying $20 for shipping each time. They were great on my visit. Very informative and told me everything I needed to know about my treatment. Shipping was very fast as well. Definitely recommend
Always exceptional service, had my yearly appointment and was able to switch to trezpitede with no issues. The PA was caring and insightful about moving forward with my plan & encouraging about changing habits.
The instructors are top notch!!! Best whole body workout and clean, well set up environment.
