RecommendedPermit parking on Crawford Street is not honored. Non residents constantly bombard parking on event days. I love the Penguins but they have a brand new parking lot just below Crawford Street, formerly known as the Civic Arena Yet II truly love it at Crawford despite it's little flaws, It has been a great place to live. Permit parking on Crawford Street is not honored. Non residents constantly bombard parking on event days. I love the Penguins but they have a brand new parking lot just below Crawford Street, formerly known as the Civic Arena. Homeless people out on street wandering at times.
