I had the most amazing experience at this Crawford location and I felt totally comfortable with my exam and the eyeglass selection was incredibly large. The staff was super friendly and not pushy. I recommend anyone who needs an eye exam or any eye issues to hurry and get to Crawford Vision Care in Hilliard. It will be the best thing they ever did for their eyes.

The staff and the eye doctor were extremely friendly and helpful. The doctor was clear with her instructions and explanations. I was very pleased. There is a two week wait to get my new glasses which seems a bit lengthy, but is the only reason I did not give a 5 star review.
They scheduled me for an appointment without my permission and didn't even consult me, just sent me a bunch of annoying appointment reminders from four different phone numbers. It was so pushy and spammy I thought it was a scam. I hate this kind of aggressive marketing and it makes the business look bad and desperate for customers. I will not be going back. Tell those hacks at corporate to stop the nonsense. Whoever put together this initiative should be fired.
