They force a retinal scan regardless of your wishes as an obvious money grab. Been to a few and that’s always been an OPTION. Staff was kind, dr was great but their policy on this will stop me from returning
I had the most amazing experience at this Crawford location and I felt totally comfortable with my exam and the eyeglass selection was incredibly large. The staff was super friendly and not pushy. I recommend anyone who needs an eye exam or any eye issues to hurry and get to Crawford Vision Care in Hilliard. It will be the best thing they ever did for their eyes.
The staff and the eye doctor were extremely friendly and helpful. The doctor was clear with her instructions and explanations. I was very pleased. There is a two week wait to get my new glasses which seems a bit lengthy, but is the only reason I did not give a 5 star review.
First time there. Staff were great. Dr was awesome and knowledgeable. Glasses came in quickly
