My first eye appointment in Columbus and I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. All the staff and the doctor were very kind and patient with me. I never felt rushed and had all of my concerns addressed. I highly recommend!
Very pleasant experience. I waited less than 10 minutes, and was in and out quickly. Both the optometrist staff and the Vision Works staff were friendly and helpful.
What a great staff and professional service. The Doc was great and they can put my new prescription in my Favorite Frames. Thank you guys
I’ve been at the Lennox location three times now, Every time that I visited, they have been rude and short with me. Not only did they get my prescription wrong, But had a problem with scheduling a new appointment, after calling many times with no answer, AND EACH service member having an enormous attitude. The other locations are perfectly fine. The Lennox location will always be place to avoid going.
Everything was wonderful!! Staff were really friendly, found options, etc!!
