The entire Crawford Vision Care team as well as the visionworks team were amazing. I had picked out glasses i was 100% sold on before my eye exam and then was given some suggestions to try on. Ended up completely agreeing with them on the glasses I ended up picking. I am terrible names but thank you to the entire team!
The Crawford Care Vision on Olentangy Rd was probably one of the best vision care places I've visited. They were prompt and FINALLY, a place who offered ON-TIME service for my time scheduled. Elaina was very informative when I asked if I could be a candidate for Lasik. Rather than say yes, she offered enough details to allow me to think through my decision. Then I was helped by Charmaine. I had a wonderful experience at Crawford Vision Care! Dr. Crawford uses the latest and greatest technology, and the entire team is friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The exam was velvety smooth, incredibly thorough, and very professional from start to finish. I left feeling confident in my care and will definitely be going back! Highly recommend!
Overall my experience here was great. The only reason I've not given five stars is because of the frequency of communication about appointments and getting pre-appointment paperwork completed, as well the changing of appointment times without my knowledge or consent. I spoke directly with Dr. Crawford about this and that was resolved, however, the intensity of text messages and emails was a little on the high side, especially for someone who is in a very busy medical profession myself. First time at Crawford. The eye exam was very informative. Staff for the exam and the staff that help you pick out your glasses were all great, friendly, and super helpful. They had equipment I’ve never seen at other place. Very cool stuff in my opinion. The doctor was friendly and she explained everything clearly. She even pulled up some Google images to show me examples when I had certain questions. I ordered new glasses and prescription sunglasses. They both came quick.
