This is the absolute best vision care in the Columbus area. The staff are all super kind, patient, attentive, and thurough. Dr. Burnelis is so kind. Her beauty is a bit intimidating, but she explained more to me about my eyes in 30 minutes than any other eye doc has in 40 years combined. Thank you Crawford and Visonworks!
So kind, easy and quick! From making the appointment online, to telephone confirmation for insurance, and the easiest eye exam of all time. I'm actually excited to be stepping into progressive lenses!
I wanted some glasses repaired but they didn't qualify because I didn't get the frames there. Only the lenses. I was able to get in within a couple hours for much needed eye exam and got two new pairs of glasses. Everybody was very accommodating and kind
Beginning at the reception desk, our visit was a breeze! Great receptionist and check-in! Both my husband and I had exams by Dr. Elaina Burnelis at the Polaris location. What a GREAT experience. She is friendly, informative, and thorough in her exams. She aims to make sure you are happy with the results of your exam. We were amazed at the high-tech equipment and the ease of the examinations. It’s a very good place. Receptionists are very nice. The doctor is very kind and professional. She is very knowledgeable as well. I fully treat my vision care with her. Overall, it’s a well nice place. It deserves 5 stars.
