A great group of eye care specialists! Very attentive to all my eye care needs, very knowledgeable to all my eye care questions, and very professional! I would give them a 10 if I could!! I Never wore contacts because other eye care specialists couldn’t teach me putting them in and taking them out, and trust me, I tried many times, and my last eye doctor couldn’t either! But the team they have here thought me in 15-20 minutes, patiently! And they taught me as a TEAM! I highly recommend!!!
Since there’s no way to review the location In Hilliard I’ll leave this here as it’s the same company. It’s very unprofessional how the receptionist called to cancel my appointment saying the provider has a “ family emergency and wouldn’t be available “ meanwhile someone I know was seen at this same location and same day. There’s no reason to lie about the cancellation reason . If you don’t want to work until a certain time make it so it’s not possible to schedule online for that time . Dr. Crawford was amazing! Very helpful and knowledgeable! He listened to what I wanted and needed. He also had a room with toys for my 19 month old to play with and snacks! I appreciated that because i was able to get my exam while my son played! Charlie was also amazing. So full of energy and answered all my questions! Overall a very good appointment! I will definitely be going back yearly for my exams!
Dr. Crawford is very informative and professional. He explained everything that he was doing and seeing on my rest results. He also asked if I had any questions or concerns. His staff is very nice and knowledgeable.
