First time at Crawford. The eye exam was very informative. Staff for the exam and the staff that help you pick out your glasses were all great, friendly, and super helpful. They had equipment I’ve never seen at other place. Very cool stuff in my opinion. The doctor was friendly and she explained everything clearly. She even pulled up some Google images to show me examples when I had certain questions. I ordered new glasses and prescription sunglasses. They both came quick. The Associates were very friendly and helpful. The Optometrist was extremely polite and helpful, since it has been a long time from my last exam. She explained everything and made me feel comfortable in understanding my eyesight issues. Thank you to both the Doctor and Associates in the store. The only drawback ( and this is just me ), is the wait for getting my eyesight back to normal. I'm impatient, and excited. I highly recommend both the store and Doctor.

My appointment was easy to schedule, on time and I was greeted with a very kind and cheerful staff. The doctor was wonderful! He listened to my questions, reviewed everything with me so I could understand and seemed genuinely happy to have me as a new patient. I'm recommending my family schedule their next appt with Crawford Vision Care.

Poor Customer Service Experience I would like to share my recent experience at your office in hopes that it can help improve customer service for future clients. From the beginning, the staff member a lady who speaks Spanish (We speak both, we did not request her assistance) was noticeably rude. When we first visited the doctor and received a prescription for glasses, she did not explain the reasons behind the costs. A great group of eye care specialists! Very attentive to all my eye care needs, very knowledgeable to all my eye care questions, and very professional! I would give them a 10 if I could!! I Never wore contacts because other eye care specialists couldn’t teach me putting them in and taking them out, and trust me, I tried many times, and my last eye doctor couldn’t either! But the team they have here thought me in 15-20 minutes, patiently! And they taught me as a TEAM! I highly recommend!!!
