The Crawford Care Vision on Olentangy Rd was probably one of the best vision care places I've visited. They were prompt and FINALLY, a place who offered ON-TIME service for my time scheduled. Elaina was very informative when I asked if I could be a candidate for Lasik. Rather than say yes, she offered enough details to allow me to think through my decision. Then I was helped by Charmaine. This was my first time at Crawford Vision Care. Luke was very friendly and helpful during my eye examination . Dr Burnelis was very friendly and informative during the second part of my examination. Both Luke and Dr. Burnelis made me feel very at ease when getting my eyes examined. Aaron at the front desk was very helpful and tellling me about the benefits of my insurance plan. If you need glasses,contacts or an eye exam I highly recommend Crawford Vision Care.
I had a wonderful experience at Crawford Vision Care! Dr. Crawford uses the latest and greatest technology, and the entire team is friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The exam was velvety smooth, incredibly thorough, and very professional from start to finish. I left feeling confident in my care and will definitely be going back! Highly recommend!
Overall my experience here was great. The only reason I've not given five stars is because of the frequency of communication about appointments and getting pre-appointment paperwork completed, as well the changing of appointment times without my knowledge or consent. I spoke directly with Dr. Crawford about this and that was resolved, however, the intensity of text messages and emails was a little on the high side, especially for someone who is in a very busy medical profession myself. First time at Crawford. The eye exam was very informative. Staff for the exam and the staff that help you pick out your glasses were all great, friendly, and super helpful. They had equipment I’ve never seen at other place. Very cool stuff in my opinion. The doctor was friendly and she explained everything clearly. She even pulled up some Google images to show me examples when I had certain questions. I ordered new glasses and prescription sunglasses. They both came quick.
