My appointment was easy to schedule, on time and I was greeted with a very kind and cheerful staff. The doctor was wonderful! He listened to my questions, reviewed everything with me so I could understand and seemed genuinely happy to have me as a new patient. I'm recommending my family schedule their next appt with Crawford Vision Care.
Poor Customer Service Experience I would like to share my recent experience at your office in hopes that it can help improve customer service for future clients. From the beginning, the staff member a lady who speaks Spanish (We speak both, we did not request her assistance) was noticeably rude. A great group of eye care specialists! Very attentive to all my eye care needs, very knowledgeable to all my eye care questions, and very professional! I would give them a 10 if I could!! I Never wore contacts because other eye care specialists couldn’t teach me putting them in and taking them out, and trust me, I tried many times, and my last eye doctor couldn’t either! But the team they have here thought me in 15-20 minutes, patiently! And they taught me as a TEAM! I highly recommend!!!
The staff is so friendly. The gentleman who helped me pick out the glasses with my wife was very knowledgeable The doctor as well was very accommodating
Had a great eye exam with Dr. Crawford! He listens and spends time to understand your needs. His practice is family friendly too and he has snacks and a coffee bar as well as toys for kids which is wonderful! I highly recommend Dr. Crawford and his team for your eye care needs, contacts and glasses!
