I had a new oil furnace and AC unit installed by Creative Comfort. Their price was very reasonable and more importantly they didn't try to oversell me on things I didn't want or need. Communication throughout the project was excellent, the work area was left clean, the installers were friendly, and payment was made easy through their payment portal. They did a nice job and didn't break the bank on a complete system replacement - I would recommend.

I had an excellent experience. I messaged online and received a quick response that they did work on my type of heater. They scheduled appointment right away and Mike C. came out figured out the problem, he told me they would be in touch with me with an Estimate to approve, once approved they would contact me to schedule to replace parts.
