We recently had our annual AC maintenance completed, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The technician arrived on time, was friendly and professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Creative Comfort has always delivered good service for our installation of both heater and air conditioning units and upkeep under the yearly plans. Nate, the service person, is very accommodating with any concerns we have and leaves work areas in good order when he is done. Nothing like good old fashion customer service with both the office and the service people.

Creative Comfort Solutions were professional, prompt, and curtious. They were able to get out to me quickly. Communication was excellent. The people who installed my central air were polite and quick. They cleaned up afterwards and walked me through everything. This is my second time using Creative Comfort and both times the price was very competitive and the service was excellent. I highly recommend them for HVAC work.

Creative Comfort Solutions is a wonderful company. Topnotch customer service form the initial telephone call clear through the appointment. Nicole has a very pleasant phone manner and Nate the technician did a fantastic job diagnosing and addressing the issue with our older model split. Really great experience all around. Thank you for keeping us cool!

I’m so pleased with my new air conditioning from Creative Comfort. From the beginning they discussed various options and what they would entail. They kept me informed every step of the way. They were meticulous about covering everything with tarps. Shawn, Mark, Ryan and Dennis did a great job. Would definitely recommend.
