I had an excellent experience. I messaged online and received a quick response that they did work on my type of heater. They scheduled appointment right away and Mike C. came out figured out the problem, he told me they would be in touch with me with an Estimate to approve, once approved they would contact me to schedule to replace parts. I absolutely love Creative Comfort Solutions! This company serviced my furnace, installed a new humidifier for me and central air. Communication is great - I’ve never had an issue getting through to someone and scheduling was always timely! I’ve met several of the guys - all of whom were personable, knowledgeable, and efficient. We ran into some kinks fixing my old humidifier and after the AC install, however they quickly resolved issues with a determined attitude!

I am very happy with the service, price, and quality of work from Creative Solutions. There was an issue with my daughter’s radiator that 3 other guys couldn’t figure out. Nick from Creative Solutions solved the problem in less than ten minutes. Everyone I spoke to was very professional and accommodating. They did not charge me for the second visit since the first person they sent out didn’t fix the problem. I would highly recommend Creative Solutions to anyone with HVAC needs!
