Creative Comfort Solutions were professional, prompt, and curtious. They were able to get out to me quickly. Communication was excellent. The people who installed my central air were polite and quick. They cleaned up afterwards and walked me through everything. This is my second time using Creative Comfort and both times the price was very competitive and the service was excellent. I highly recommend them for HVAC work.

Creative Comfort Solutions did a wonderful job of installing an entirely new ducted central air system in my home. I had just purchased the home and the radiant system that had been there was entirely defunct. Mike and Joe's crew came out within a week of being contracted and had fully installed and verified the new HVAC system in less than a week after that. Creative Comfort has always delivered good service for our installation of both heater and air conditioning units and upkeep under the yearly plans. Nate, the service person, is very accommodating with any concerns we have and leaves work areas in good order when he is done. Nothing like good old fashion customer service with both the office and the service people.

Excellent Company. Tech was very thorough and communicated everything. There was no pressure to buy anything and we discussed ideas and solutions. He helped me better understand my unit. Overall I am very impressed and felt I had an overall better experience than with other heating and cooling companies i've used in the past.
