I absolutely love Creative Comfort Solutions! This company serviced my furnace, installed a new humidifier for me and central air. Communication is great - I’ve never had an issue getting through to someone and scheduling was always timely! I’ve met several of the guys - all of whom were personable, knowledgeable, and efficient. We ran into some kinks fixing my old humidifier and after the AC install, however they quickly resolved issues with a determined attitude!
I am very happy with the service, price, and quality of work from Creative Solutions. There was an issue with my daughter’s radiator that 3 other guys couldn’t figure out. Nick from Creative Solutions solved the problem in less than ten minutes. Everyone I spoke to was very professional and accommodating. They did not charge me for the second visit since the first person they sent out didn’t fix the problem. I would highly recommend Creative Solutions to anyone with HVAC needs!
Creative Comfort came to my rescue with scheduling a quick appointment to have my heater cleaned before the holidays. The representative who serviced my heater was polite, professional and knowledgeable. My home has never felt cozier. The temperature in my home is so comfortable and my heater is a lot quieter.
I have had Creative Comfort Solutions to maintain my furnace and A/C for over 5 years now. The ladies that answer the phone are always pleasant and polite. The technicians that do the maintenance are clean cut and are always polite and friendly. I definitely would recommend them to anyone.
My 2.5 year old furnace was experiencing issues where the flame kept shutting off before reaching the desire temperature. I had a local HVAC company come out to take a look and they were unable to fix the problem. Instead, they recommend replacing the 2.5 year old furnace because they said it was installed incorrectly by the installer. Luckily, I was able to get a 2nd opinion from creative comfort solutions.
