Creative Comfort Solutions evaluated my 105 yr old Philly home for heating and AC upgrades during a whole house renovation. Joe and his team came up with a plan that perfectly suited my needs! I was able to keep my hot water radiators to provide the majority of my home heating, with some supplemental heat sources from radiant heat flooring and a toe kick heater for areas where the radiators were not sufficient. Highly recommend Creative Comfort Solutions for all your HVAC and water heater issues. Mike was prompt, knowledgeable, courteous and HONEST. Unlike other companies we have tried, there was no condeming our heaters in an attempt to sell us very expensive systems. No high pressure to buy their service contract, which we ended up buying because of the services covered at a good price.
It was so easy to get an appointment at the time I wanted. Nicole, in the office, is very friendly and efficient. Nick, the service person, was equally so. He recommended a repair I will likely need in the future, but did not push for immediacy. I am glad I renewed the service contract that I originally purchased several years ago.
