This company is awesome. I booked an AC tune-up, and the online scheduling process was simple and convenient. They also seem to offer great deals on their website. Mike was the technician who serviced my unit, and he was honest, professional, and thorough. He actually performed a real tune-up on my AC system, checking the coils and cleaning the outdoor condenser unit, which other contractors I’ve hired in the past never did. Creative comforts was available quickly to solve a heater problem. They scheduled quickly and on the day arrived on time. Great communication about the technician’s arrival. Upon arrival, the issue was addressed quickly and the technician educated me on why the problem occurred. The technician explained to me how to avoid similar problems in the future. Finally, the price was great overall. I will be getting maintenance from them regularly from here on out. I highly recommend.

LOVE Creative Solutions! Technicians are professional, efficient, and friendly (thanks Nate). Communication is excellent and if they give you a time (usually a 2 hr window), they WILL be there. They also will contact you when they are about 30 minutes away. I highly recommend; absolutely the best HVAC service in Delco (and I have unfortunately used many).

CCS is a great HVAC company. Their customer service is fantastic . They were efficient and quick at scheduling our PM for the summer season. Communication is top notch. Was kept abreast of arrival time. Technician was knowledgeable and explained everything that he would be doing. Answered all our questions/concerns.
