This company is awesome. I booked an AC tune-up, and the online scheduling process was simple and convenient. They also seem to offer great deals on their website. Creative comforts was available quickly to solve a heater problem. They scheduled quickly and on the day arrived on time. Great communication about the technician’s arrival. Upon arrival, the issue was addressed quickly and the technician educated me on why the problem occurred. The technician explained to me how to avoid similar problems in the future. Finally, the price was great overall. I will be getting maintenance from them regularly from here on out. I highly recommend.
CCS is a great HVAC company. Their customer service is fantastic . They were efficient and quick at scheduling our PM for the summer season. Communication is top notch. Was kept abreast of arrival time. Technician was knowledgeable and explained everything that he would be doing. Answered all our questions/concerns.
Alex was the technician who came and provided services for our seasonal maintenance. He was timely, efficient, extremely polite and accommodating! We appreciated his hard work and would highly recommend. We’ve had nothing but good experiences with creative comfort solutions since we started using them last year.

None of the other HVAC companies we spoke to offered the kind of innovative solution Michael proposed. There were a few issues during the install but Michael, Joe, Nicole, the techs and install crew were all super responsive. Issues were addressed immediately to ensure ... read more
