I have eight apartments with old forced air systems that require repairs, replacements and annual service. All my experiences over the years have been excellent. I particularly like that the phone is always answered, they schedule promptly especially in emergencies, they have skilled technicians, and they repair rather than replace whenever possible. Creative Comfort Solutions came highly recommended for installing central air in older homes. The crew that installed in our home were fantastic. Creative Comfort Solutions evaluated my 105 yr old Philly home for heating and AC upgrades during a whole house renovation. Joe and his team came up with a plan that perfectly suited my needs! I was able to keep my hot water radiators to provide the majority of my home heating, with some supplemental heat sources from radiant heat flooring and a toe kick heater for areas where the radiators were not sufficient. Highly recommend Creative Comfort Solutions for all your HVAC and water heater issues. Mike was prompt, knowledgeable, courteous and HONEST. Unlike other companies we have tried, there was no condeming our heaters in an attempt to sell us very expensive systems. No high pressure to buy their service contract, which we ended up buying because of the services covered at a good price.
