I highly recommend this place. Scheduling was easy, cheaper than other quotes, and no increases or unexpected charges. I had to get a drip pan replaced in my AC unit. The guy who came over was professional and fixed it quickly, and checked that the pump was working. He found that the joint in the duct needed to be replaced after removing it, so he went and got the part and then replaced it with no charge. Creative Comfort has been our heating and air conditioning service company for years. We are pleased with our equipment and Nate has been a great provider of service each year for the past few years. Nicole always is there to help if we have an issue and turnover time for any problem is taken care of quickly. Great customer service and feel confident in continuing with this company.
Was referred to Creative Comfort Solution through a friend in Philly. My heater broke over a weekend and they sent someone out in the morning that next Monday. After another company offered to replace our boiler, Creative Comfort Solutions was able to order the parts and have it fixed just before temps dropped into single digits. As a property manager, their pricing is fair and their techs are courteous and knowledgeable. Can't recommend them enough!
