I highly recommend this place. Scheduling was easy, cheaper than other quotes, and no increases or unexpected charges. I had to get a drip pan replaced in my AC unit. The guy who came over was professional and fixed it quickly, and checked that the pump was working. He found that the joint in the duct needed to be replaced after removing it, so he went and got the part and then replaced it with no charge. Was referred to Creative Comfort Solution through a friend in Philly. My heater broke over a weekend and they sent someone out in the morning that next Monday. After another company offered to replace our boiler, Creative Comfort Solutions was able to order the parts and have it fixed just before temps dropped into single digits. As a property manager, their pricing is fair and their techs are courteous and knowledgeable. Can't recommend them enough!
