Creative Comfort Solutions came highly recommended for installing central air in older homes. The crew that installed in our home were fantastic. Michael came to our home to give an estimate for a gas heating system. He gave us innovative ideas to lay the duct work in our poorly laid out home. He took the time to measure the space and understand the layout and didn’t attempt to upsell in something we weren’t interested in. Very friendly and loved chatting with him.

I have eight apartments with old forced air systems that require repairs, replacements and annual service. All my experiences over the years have been excellent. I particularly like that the phone is always answered, they schedule promptly especially in emergencies, they have skilled technicians, and they repair rather than replace whenever possible. Highly recommend Creative Comfort Solutions for all your HVAC and water heater issues. Mike was prompt, knowledgeable, courteous and HONEST. Unlike other companies we have tried, there was no condeming our heaters in an attempt to sell us very expensive systems. No high pressure to buy their service contract, which we ended up buying because of the services covered at a good price.
