This company is awesome. I booked an AC tune-up, and the online scheduling process was simple and convenient. They also seem to offer great deals on their website. Mike was the technician who serviced my unit, and he was honest, professional, and thorough. He actually performed a real tune-up on my AC system, checking the coils and cleaning the outdoor condenser unit, which other contractors I’ve hired in the past never did. Creative comforts was available quickly to solve a heater problem. They scheduled quickly and on the day arrived on time. Great communication about the technician’s arrival. Upon arrival, the issue was addressed quickly and the technician educated me on why the problem occurred. The technician explained to me how to avoid similar problems in the future. Finally, the price was great overall. I will be getting maintenance from them regularly from here on out. I highly recommend.

Creative Comfort Solutions came highly recommended for installing central air in older homes. The crew that installed in our home were fantastic. Any issues or questions that arose were immediately brought to our attention. The crew was courteous and clean. We have already recommended this company to a few of our neighbors.

Highly recommend Creative Comfort Solutions for all your HVAC and water heater issues. Mike was prompt, knowledgeable, courteous and HONEST. Unlike other companies we have tried, there was no condeming our heaters in an attempt to sell us very expensive systems. No high pressure to buy their service contract, which we ended up buying because of the services covered at a good price.

I can’t recommend Creative Comfort Solutions highly enough. I bought a house with a heat pump HVAC system that had been improperly sized from day one. Over the past few years, I had multiple HVAC companies come out trying to retrofit or “patch” the system. Nothing ever fully addressed the root problems, and eventually the system began to fail altogether.
