If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with CULA has been nothing short of a nightmare. I was dealing with their claims processor, Mario Cobian, after my Honda was stolen on October 3rd, 2024. From the start, he made promises that my issues would be resolved quickly and assured me I wouldn’t have to pay anything extra. Leasing with CULA was such a breeze! I was able to have my payments come out biweekly which was super convenient for me. It made my life so much easier! Not every leasing company does that for you. Also, when I needed to speak with someone, it didn’t take forever to get a REAL person on the phone and the representatives were so nice and easy to talk to! I appreciate that!
This was the lowest interest rate for refinancing our end of lease. very friendly, timely and helpful. They even took care of registering and tax payment and title work all in one meeting. We just had to go back when everything went through to sign!
Our car lease went very well. Also, the buy out process was quick and smooth, after we decided to purchase the car. Moving to a different state was also handled efficiently. Very satisfied!
CULA offers outstanding customer service and some of the best rates in the industry. I highly recommend them! This was my second lease through CULA, and the experience was exceptional.
