This was one of the most frustrating and disappointing customer experiences I’ve ever had. I wish there was a zero.. terrible experience with total loss claim. Mario Cobain is a terrible human being. These people need a big lawsuit. He needs to be investigated along with Cula. Please contact your local business bureau and Congress to report these people. They can't keep getting away like this. So many negative reviews from people with exact same problems. Do NOT lease from them. When your lease ends they will not call to arrange a pickup for 3 WEEKS. You must house the vehicle at your expense while they coordinate return. Insane! I am moving the week before my lease ends and have no recourse. They say that I must coordinate with a dealership to store the car for them. I’ve called 3 and none will take the car. My husband was recently in a total loss accident, apparently it is CULA's policy to take the entire settlement from the insurance company, not just what was owed on the lease - regardless of our initial investment in the truck and the upgrades that were paid for out of our pocket. I would expect better from a company that works with credit unions, this is definitely big bank behavior. Even our auto broker was unaware of this new policy.
