I strongly advise against applying for a loan with this company. They recently advertised a loan specifically for individuals employed by the federal government. I applied as a contractor working under a federal agency, but my application was denied simply because I am classified as a contractor—despite having valid ID proving my employment with the federal government. Contractors are also impacted by government shutdowns, so I found their response to be frustrating. I recommend looking for loan options elsewhere.
Terrible Service. I traded in my vehicle that I was financing with them and there was trouble with my payoff. Not only was I notified until my account was delinquent. Instead of helping all they would Say is “we don’t do courtesy removals on delinquency’s” and put all the blame on me. When I was not notified until the account was delinquent and given the incorrect payoff information. And they were being so rude the entire time. I just want to say Juana was a literal angel. I had my car and mailbox broken into and someone kept accessing my accounts. I felt overwhelmed, helpless and violated. I was literally at the brink of tears walking into the bank. I was already dealing with a loss in the family so this fraudulent activity was more than I was able to bare at the time. Long time member (10 years)with what I once thought was an amazing bank institution after a recent experience, very disappointed in which the way I was treated and how a member of their organization came off so presumptuous in their correspondence. Again, I've never had an issue with this bank prior, in fact I always recommended and had great things to say. They have so many issues. Online banking is always down. Card is always having issues. If their “system” is down (always) your card will be declined. So embarrassing and frustrating. You can only speak with someone mon-fri 9-5, not like other credit unions and banks. If you need to put gas on a Saturday night and there’s a problem with your card, you will have to wait till Monday
