Had the worst membership experience. I have been a member since 2012. My account has a restriction on it and when I called to get it taken care of the representative that was supposed to help me was rushing me and did not have the best interest of the company or myself. The attitude was snappish and a take it or leave it then she hung up on me. Her name is Nakia.
Since my son and I joined credit union we have had nothing but the worst customer service experience ever. My son had his money put in the wrong person's account, was approved for their credit card twice and then denied because they did not calculate his income correctly. We called their credit card department and they were no help and sounded like they didn't even want to do their job. We've dealt with this person twice and she was very unpleasant and rude. This has been a mess and unhappy with their service.
Went too buy food at Marie calenders and card was declined does not recognize my card? I'm very upset. Called credit union and was given a 800 # not given my bank phone # I feel like closing my account if I get this type of lousy service. Can u imagine if I was out of town and had this problem getting a hotel or plane ticket or ect.......
I had the best experience! Juana Rivero help me open an account. She answered all my questions. Ask for her!! She knows her stuff!
This place is starting to be a joke ,if not already.Continued problems with there app , it will charge you courtesy pay before your check has gone through ,I have been taking screen shots just to build my case , I recently transfered to checking , went to store spent some money, and balance was subtracted, but never should transaction , another time I paid my heloc , monthly bill showed double payment was owed, too many glitches ,watch your money people.ive been complaining about this , and have not seen any changes, but y... read more
