Had the worst membership experience. I have been a member since 2012. My account has a restriction on it and when I called to get it taken care of the representative that was supposed to help me was rushing me and did not have the best interest of the company or myself. The attitude was snappish and a take it or leave it then she hung up on me. Her name is Nakia.
Went too buy food at Marie calenders and card was declined does not recognize my card? I'm very upset. Called credit union and was given a 800 # not given my bank phone # I feel like closing my account if I get this type of lousy service. Can u imagine if I was out of town and had this problem getting a hotel or plane ticket or ect.......
Since my son and I joined credit union we have had nothing but the worst customer service experience ever. My son had his money put in the wrong person's account, was approved for their credit card twice and then denied because they did not calculate his income correctly. We called their credit card department and they were no help and sounded like they didn't even want to do their job. We've dealt with this person twice and she was very unpleasant and rude. This has been a mess and unhappy with their service.
Came into the bank a little less than an hour before closing with my wife and toddler, and not only did we accomplish everything we went in do, but several of the bank staff went above and beyond to make our visit a positive and memorable one. Our toddler was excessively restless while we sat with a bank representative, and a gentleman from the Welcome Counter staff came by to offer us snacks and refreshments, and another bank staff next door gave our toddler toys to distract him. I am a customer and visited your branch on Saturday, September 28. I noticed a security guard in a grey four-door Hyundai leave his post at 9 PM, and he did not return for over an hour. This made me feel unsafe during my visit. Previously, I had seen another guard consistently present, and I’m concerned about the current security measures. I cannot recommend this bank to anyone.
