I am a customer and visited your branch on Saturday, September 28. I noticed a security guard in a grey four-door Hyundai leave his post at 9 PM, and he did not return for over an hour. This made me feel unsafe during my visit. Previously, I had seen another guard consistently present, and I’m concerned about the current security measures. I cannot recommend this bank to anyone. Came into the bank a little less than an hour before closing with my wife and toddler, and not only did we accomplish everything we went in do, but several of the bank staff went above and beyond to make our visit a positive and memorable one. Our toddler was excessively restless while we sat with a bank representative, and a gentleman from the Welcome Counter staff came by to offer us snacks and refreshments, and another bank staff next door gave our toddler toys to distract him. Worst customer service especially from the branch manager. Took one of her employees to be able to handle the situation that she couldn’t handle herself. And she’s in charge. They need to get better management team.
