Although I don't bank with this credit union as I belong to a different credit union further away I want to share a positive comment. I had rolled coins and some loose silver dollars which I wanted to exchange for currency. I contacted a closer Credit Union to my home but they said they couldn't do the exchange even though I am a Credit Union member. My family had an extremely frustrating and upsetting experience at this bank following my father’s sudden passing. My brother brought our disabled, mostly non-verbal mother into the branch to get access to their accounts. We were initially told we needed a Power of Attorney, which we promptly obtained and had properly notarized. When we returned, the Sr. Branch Manager approached my brother while they were standing in line—within earshot of other customers—and insinuated that he was trying to scam our own mother out of mon... read more
This bank provides good customer service and different banking options to help your money grow. Their online banking is easy and convenient. Safe & secure parking.
This review is specifically for this location. Returned to this branch after more than a year and was disappointed. The front desk employee was rude when I asked to use the restroom, and I was surprised there wasn't one available for customers. Never had this issue on previous visits.
Like this credit union staff friendly and talkative They have coffee if you care for. Plenty of free and handicap parking but no Restrooms
