If I wanted to use an atm and to be completely dismissed by your counter staff to be told to just use the atm when I had questions to ask. If someone says they don’t want to use the arm maybe take the hint. I can not wait to not have to deal with this bank. Nothing but rude staff and dismissive help.
I need my credit card replaced as someone hacked my account. Credit Union One was prompt in getting a new one made up. I have never had a complaint against this establishment from the beginning of your first opening on 14th St.
