I have been a member of Credit Union One in Traverse City for many years. I have had a few occasions where I have needed support with fraudulent entities attacking my accounts. In every case I received help that alleviated the stress that was put on me. Most recently I was instructed to make a payment to the IRS for a purchase of real estate from a noncitizen. Michelle from the Traverse City office helped me get through this unexpected endeavor. I will be forever grateful for the support I have received.
All staff were great, especially Rachel in Lab. As ever, Dr. Alvarado was the epitome of excellent medical professionalism and authentic caring. I like your your new digs!
