I wanted to publicly recommend Joel. I was in the middle of purchasing my first home when my mortgage broker “ghosted” me. I emailed Joel at the end of a Friday with my mess hoping he could help me. Everyone is very attentive and ready to help you in any way. Joni a loan officer was very helpful and willing to help answer questions and easy to get a hold of.

I noticed an entry in my statement 2 days ago of a business I didn't recognize and while I was in town yesterday I stopped in at my CUO here in Traverse City. As always the greetings are friendly and the decorum professional. The young lady (don't remember her name) who helped me, pointed out it was a credit not a debit which I had assumed it was in my haste. Not a single good thing to say other than I no longer have an account with Credit Union One and I obviously never will again. Zero care and pure ignorance basically sums up my experience
