I've been a customer for almost 30 years and love it! The staff is always friendly and helpful and they have a lot of great loans options. They keep track of suspicious use on your card and notify you right away. And it's resolved really quickly too.
I was pleasantly surprised when I went into the branch at Grand Rapids. I’ve been there before but this time I really felt welcome and comfortable. The teller was excellent!! And friendly… And my transaction was processed quickly. Great job Credit Union One !!
The CU1 Walker, mi.location is what I,am putting My review on. I, Love The Bank manager Krista Fox she's an amazing, knowledgeable, friendly person.Most all the ladies except for 1 are very nice& helpful! However we've been having issues relating to 1young lady that doesn't do simple request we ask ( putting our cash in an envelope??)) She's unkind and cold.I,truly wish someone would address her on This .I,LL Have to come in and Take it up with the manager.
