They're not going to be accepting pennies after December 31st. Despite this, no mention is made on the sign on their doors that they don't have a coin counting machine AND that they're not willing to provide the member courtesy of counting it for you. This despite the fact that they counted our coins on a previous visit for another family member. Look, It's not my idea that pennies are being phased out. I've been a CUOne member for many years and have always been pleased with the service and great employees. The home equity loan process for a new roof on my home was no exception. The process was seamless and the representatives who helped me were fantastic.

This Credit Union is great: I recommend any one looking to get with a professional & straight to business This is the one. They really care about your success. I was already approved for a secure loan & instalment loan as soon as I opened my account without being discriminated against for having poor credit. I even was able to open my account online. Both tellers were so pleasant. One trained the other on how to show my car loan had been paid off several years ago. A great experience.

Please please don’t get a credit card from them. Things happen and they don’t understand! I had one for 400$ used 240$ and now my work checks are being garnished 25% the total amount is 1050$ they will call you consistently from different number. Use another place this one is terrible
