I've been a CUOne member for many years and have always been pleased with the service and great employees. The home equity loan process for a new roof on my home was no exception. The process was seamless and the representatives who helped me were fantastic.

Both tellers were so pleasant. One trained the other on how to show my car loan had been paid off several years ago. A great experience.
