I had a problem with a check that was stolen, washed and rewritten to an unknown person and the amount had been changed from $20 to $500 and it had been a mobile deposit. I went into the credit Union and they were all very helpful. My checking acct was closed and a new one opened. We had to notify Social Security to give them the new acct number. Hopefully, they can find out who did this. Very pleased working with Sue and Krista.
I just want to say how grateful I am for Krista at the credit union. She helped me through the process of closing my mother’s estate, which was something I had never done before and honestly felt really overwhelmed by. Please please don’t get a credit card from them. Things happen and they don’t understand! I had one for 400$ used 240$ and now my work checks are being garnished 25% the total amount is 1050$ they will call you consistently from different number. Use another place this one is terrible
We have done our Banking with Credit Union one for over 30 years. We had our Home mortgage and several auto loans as well as our savings and checking with them. The staff are wonderful to work with. We would give then an A+.
