I always have a wonderful experience when I connect with credit union one. It's always a speedy and friendly transaction. They are always polite and efficient. I Love My credit union.
They are very crappy to new customers. Make you wait 10 days for local checks to clear that you deposit. I would not suggest joining this crappy bank. Credit unions are suppose to be better. NOT!!!!!!!!!

Love Credit Union One! We have been with CU1 for over 20 years, & have absolutely no complaints. We opened our accounts in Sterling Heights in 1999. Now we are living on the west side of Michigan, and we are grateful for the Grand Rapids branch, as well as the consortium of credit unions where we are able to easily bank with ease. Highly recommend CU1!
