Credit Union One offers excellent customer services. Representative Jason Reinhart is very helpful, knowledgeable, thorough and pleasant. Highly recommend CU1 and Mr Reinhart!
Everyone in the Ann Arbor office is incredible. I have been with this Bank since it was Ferndale credit Union sitting on nine Mile in Ferndale Michigan. Many many years later and many many branches I am still a fan.
Customer service is horrendous! I called and spoke with an agent about an issue I had with a payment on my auto loan and she was incredibly rude and unwilling to help me. I will be moving my loan ASAP! You lost a customer. I would not recommend this credit union. They clearly do not care about their members

I always said I would not be one of those people who is smart enough to not fall for scams. I stand corrected. It was a scam that affected my checkbook and debit card. I literally had to go physically to the Ann Arbor branch. Lauren the Bank Manager helped unravel this mess. I have become so careless with my debit card I nearly could have lost all my funds.
