Absolutely great, my experience. In May 2025, and the branch in Sterling Heights always nice and professional people. I can say my experience a couple days ago was good
I needed to cash a check I let them know that I appreciate their hard work when I walked up to the counter Redge was fantastic and to taking care of my business with quickness and friendliness I would highly recommend coming to this bank if you’re looking for fast and friendly service!
I want to start by saying, Kristina P and Carrie H are fantastic. THEY are not my issue. I took an auto loan out to refinance my vehicle. CU One gave me a lower rate than a competing bank I had my accounts at for many years. Since CU One gave me the lower rate and a lower processing fee, I decided to move my checking and savings to them as well. I walked into the St Clair Shores Michigan location on January 27th to open a new checking account. I recently relocated back to Michigan so finding a credit union was very important. I really liked the cleanliness, atmosphere and decor of the place. I didnt receive a warm greeting! Which is a plus for me. I was left just kinda figuring out where and what to do. They do not honor the CO-OP agreement they're part of. You cannot get money out of their ATM and they will not service you inside. I can't imagine they're trustworthy about other things, either.
