I want to start by saying, Kristina P and Carrie H are fantastic. THEY are not my issue. I took an auto loan out to refinance my vehicle. CU One gave me a lower rate than a competing bank I had my accounts at for many years. Since CU One gave me the lower rate and a lower processing fee, I decided to move my checking and savings to them as well. The woman who handled my financial matters yesterday was very professional and thorough and helpful. I've been a member since the early 80s and have always felt confident and satisfied with all the service I've gotten there over the years. Any branch I've gone to has excellent staff. I walked into the St Clair Shores Michigan location on January 27th to open a new checking account. I recently relocated back to Michigan so finding a credit union was very important. I really liked the cleanliness, atmosphere and decor of the place. I didnt receive a warm greeting! Which is a plus for me. I was left just kinda figuring out where and what to do. They work Hard Progressively to improving their program to helping customers in many aspects of financial growth and monetary delimas in particularly, balancing and keeping account's open while in financial lean time's.
