The employee who helped me yesterday did an outstanding job. I had forgotten to reorder checks, and she helped me facilitate that while also assuring me that I would have checks to use in the meantime. My parents were charter members of this credit union in the 1950’s in Ferndale, and I am continuing that tradition. The name may have changed, but the service remains the same.
The very observant teller noticed something I should take care of with an associate. I did, and within minutes she helped me resolve the issue to more than my satisfaction. These are the reasons I have been a CU One member for years.
My experience was very good. I was in and out. They followed the instructions that is posted on my account to ask for the pass code before servicing me.
It was a very personal experience. They were very respectful and helpful. They were a little bit busy and the front cashier so the young lady took me back to her cubicle and took care of all of my business in a very professional and pleasant way.
Both tellers spoke as I approached the counter. Erica waited on me with a smile . Was very friendly and professional. 10 stars for Erica.
