Our member relationship consultant, Tia, was excellent. We stated earlier on in our appointment that we had very little time to visit this afternoon but we were able to ask about a new checking account, open the account, and ask questions all along the way, in like 20 minutes tops, well within the time frame we needed to be in and out.
This teller has always been friendly and done an exceptional job of first making sure I give my password, we are in the right account and that I get the correct number of different denominations I request. She just does a great job.
Had a great experience at this branch. The person helping me was Justin and he was so nice! I felt very comfortable and welcome and he answered all of my questions. I love this credit union so much and the people are truly what make it great!
Tia is an amazing member relation’s consultant. She was very pleasant an d easy to speak with. Tia assisted me with my needs of obtaining account information. I have been a member with Credit Union One since 2004!!!
