Unprofessional. I would recommend more training in customer service. If they keep their service this way I don't think they will survive. Manager, showing a pointer finger to ask a client to come to his office is unacceptable.
The tellers here are awesome!! Friendly and very accommodating!! Friday they open at 9am!
They NEVER have enough tellers. Come before 3 if you don't want to wait.
