I have been a member of Credit Union One for 29 years. My husband has been a member for 30+ years. I joined when we got married. I also worked for Credit Union One for 10 years. Our son has been a member for 28 years. I love the security Credit Union One gives us. That being said we will be members of Credit union One for many more years to come.
a little disappointing; I went inside instead of the ATM since I needed a breakdown of bills and did not want to hold up the ATM line. once inside I was the only customer in line; 2 tellers were chatting with each other and another was servicing a customer. the 2 tellers saw me and ignored me; I waited for 5 or so minutes and was then serviced by the other teller who had just finished up with a customer. I asked if the other tellers were on break and was told 'oh they were just chatting'. ??
Horrible customer service in general. Tellers are good but give it time they will be same as managment. They dont have acces so they can give the correct answer. Assistant manager and manager don't have a clue what they're doing. They don't have answers, and then stop talking to customers because they don't have answers, and they pretend they're on a phone. The teller was welcoming, kind and listened to what my needs were. They helped me and I was in an out of the bank in no time. Thanks for being such a great credit union.
I’ve always had a good experience especially with customer service. Fast and efficient as well
