I received excellent service at CU1’s new branch in Waterford. The teller I worked with quickly handled my deposit and took my my order for new checks. She was very polite and knowledgeable. I would have made this a five star rating, but I’m a little disappointed that this branch now has no drive-up ATM. They used to have one at their previous branch in Waterford that I found very convenient especially when I need to bank when when it’s storming.
Holly did a great job with answering all my questions. She was very polite, professional, and very helpful. I enjoyed talking with her. I did open an account thanks to Holly. She has great customer service.
My customer service agent was very patient and explained how things work with no problem I really appreciate her
Errors on the Home Improvement Loan application, delaying the signing and causing the documents to be reprinted, and had to resign the corrected documents. This is the only lender that I have experienced these issues with.
After trying to help a woman cash a check, the check was reported as forged. Bank of America closed my 30 year old account. Credit Union One was willing to let me open an account and I will be depositing my SS checks there. The service is as good as Standard Federal before they got bought out.
