I am so excited to finally have my new financial family- yes, Credit Union One in Southgate, MI 48146, and Marisol, the branch associate that assisted me was incredibly efficient, friendly, professional, as well as a miracle worker, perséa. This acclamation comes at a time when I needed something to go right, time for a positive outcome. I said, as I prayed. I arrived...waited less than 5 min after they locked the entrance. We completed our business in excellent time. thanks Marisol.
This bank is terrible! They leave things pending forever, put checks on hold and if it falls on a Saturday “magically “ that’s not a business day yet they are open! I’ve been at this bank since it was Good Shepherd Credit Union And now on Monday, I will be closing all five of my account accounts. Good riddance!! Terribly ran!
Had lost my wallet along with my debit card…went on to the online banking. Shut down my debit card. Called the bank and let them know. Traveled to the nearest branch. Had a brand new debit card all of within from begining to end about 3 hours.
Great place very nice employees glad my son's talked me into going to them
Just closed my auto loan here. Would not recommend - basic auto loan management like online banking and automatic payments are not things that are made easy for you to do here.
