I am a long time member of Credit Union One and have always received great service. Yesterday, I needed to do more than a deposit. I had some financial questions and needed to make some changes. I had the pleasure of working with Taylor T. at the Troy location. She was knowledgeable and very helpful. She did not brush off my questions as silly. She was so friendly and kind. CU1 closed our business account we’ve had for ten years with no notice. staff was rude and unhelpful trying to get any information or assistance. we had previously done all of our loan business and personal checking and savings here, but will be closing all of our accounts.
We opened a cd and the rate was good, service very good
