It has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The representative handling my HELOC application was completely unhelpful; impatient, always rushing, and unresponsive to emails. He failed to answer even the most basic questions, which could have saved me the trouble of applying in the first place. I absolutely do not recommend this place, and if I could give zero stars, I would.
Customer service was very helpful and warm. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is the hours of in person banking. Makes it tricky being not open before 10am. Overall a great credit union to work with.
Everyone at the Macomb Hall rd branch give the utmost service, always pleasant, always willing with a smile to help me with any situation I might have. I love them all!
I deposit money into the ATM machine and the ATM machine took my money, reached out to the bank to investigate and they stated on that day their was no overage however, I'm requesting them to view the camera to verify what transpired this day. They informed me I would need a subpoena. They were nice but I'm not happy that I have to go through alot hoops for them to return my funds. Worst credit union one i have ever been too. Arrived at the bank by 4:59 after work. And the bank representative locks the door and says their closed. And then walks me and my child around to the drive thru in the middle of a snow storm to stand there and complete my service with the online teller.
