Customer service was very helpful and warm. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is the hours of in person banking. Makes it tricky being not open before 10am. Overall a great credit union to work with.
I deposit money into the ATM machine and the ATM machine took my money, reached out to the bank to investigate and they stated on that day their was no overage however, I'm requesting them to view the camera to verify what transpired this day. They informed me I would need a subpoena. They were nice but I'm not happy that I have to go through alot hoops for them to return my funds.
