I like credit union one as a whole, the idea is being able to get a new card in the building with your same numbers is a plus however my biggest issue with them is the atm CONSTANTLY is down for deposit. This is super inconvenient and the issue needs to be resolved. It’s happened easily more than 10 times in the past few months. If the issue occurs, I’ll have to take my business elsewhere. I decided to come to this location because a teller at the other location made a comment under her breath about me to a person she was training and thought I didn't hear her. Unprofessionally . I remember how nice the people were here when I popped in once so I decided to do business here, and it was as I remember pleasant and professional
the agent was very helpful and followed thru on my request in a timely manner. I am very satisfied with the results
