The staff at Creekside dental are exceptional. Very excellent dental service by Dr Chevvy and his assistants Lisa, Taylor and Matty - Thank you for being so informative throughout the procedure - explaining what was going on throughout! I was thoroughly impressed with the care I received. I'd been in pain for about a month and a half and was convinced the problem was with one of my upper teeth. The dentist I had been seeing couldn't determine the cause and suggested a crown, thinking it might solve the problem. Wanting a second opinion, I booked an appointment here. Im from out of town and had a emergency visit as my permanent retainer detached from the tooth, I called and they rushed me in! Awesome front desk staff, receptionist was great! I was in and out all fixed up! Highly recommend! Very well organized!
Always pleasant, on time and follow ups are great. Also, they always make sure to check my insurance coverage before proceeding with anything. So glad to have found Creekside Dental!
Services were perfect! Except that we need to focus on timing for scaling provided. Canada Life allows 10 units in a 12 month period. Therefore 3 units every 4 months should NOT result in extra billings. Thank you Kendall
