My daughter was very happy with the extractions of her Wisdom teeth!! Im also happy with the receptionist Simmi for always going above & beyond with her work. Great communication & caring!! Been here at this Dental Office for 20years+ & not once Ive had any problems what so ever! Thank you to staff & all @ Creekside! 🙏
Great experience! Got in on time - friendly greeting - procedure was explained along with photo of my tooth. During procedure when freezing was put in - they were quick and proficient and near painless. Highly recommend.
Paid over $6,000 for Invisalign at this clinic and received absolutely no feedback or follow-up during the first six months of treatment. After six months, I noticed signs of gum recession caused by the trays and desperately tried to book a cleaning appointment so someone could examine my gums. I learned that I had gum recession, so sever that three of my teeth now have exposed roots as a result of the trays, with more likely to come. When I called to make an appoitment I explained that I needed to see someone due to being in pain. When I came in for my appoitment (2 hours away) I was waiting to see the dentist and 10 minutes pass my appoitment time my phone rings while sitting in the waiting room (they were looking for me and wondering where I was) and I was right there waiting for them. Great experience for myself and my two girls. Easy booking, happy and accommodating staff. No wait time on appointment day and thorough cleanings. I’ve been going to Creekside since I was 10 and 26 years later- they still deliver for my family. 10/10 highly recommend.
