Kind, professional, educational and quick. Dr. Julian Shen and the team were lovely. Drove in from out of town since they are contracted with Delta Dental and I would do it again if needed.

Get your estimate first! I have a mixed feeling about this one as the procedure seem to have gone well, the billing side did not. I have paid them upfront what the estimate was, then they billed both of my insurances and they still put me up against another bill a few weeks later! I can see the estimate being off by a few dollars but not by 100s! I would recommend to make sure you get the estimates yourself to avoid any surprises later, I might need to take it up with BBB. AM
