Best dental office I ever went to you! Staff extremely friendly and professional. Explains everything from start to finish. Oh my goodness and Dr. Wong best doctor ever. He is very thorough and explains everything throughout the procedure. I went in and got a 3D scan and next day I was able to be seen and got the gentle wave root canal treatment. Didn't experience no pain throughout the whole treatment. I was so relaxed. Highly recommend this office!
Shout out to the staff at Creekside Endodontics. This was one of the most pleasurable root canals I have had. The office is spa like and very comforting. Everything is explained throughout the process. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. All appointments were within a reasonable timeframe. I always received a follow up text to ensure I was doing okay. I am glad I was able to experience this type of care. Thank you Creekside Endodontics and thanks to the VA for referring me.
Dr. Wong and his staff are very professional, efficient, and accommodating. The explained everything in detail before they did anything and made me feel comfortable with the procedure. They were kind and welcoming. I am happy to recommend their service to anyone.
Dr. Clifford Wong at Creekside Endodontics was great. Have no fear about a "root canal" if you're going to see him. It was almost pain free. He explains every step as the procedure goes along, with pictures and x-ray videos if needed. He's friendly, answered all my questions, and seemed like just a great person in addition to being a highly skilled endodontist. This doctor knows what he's doing and has been doing it for a long time.
I needed a root canal. I arrived 5 minutes early and had to fill out my medical paperwork which they had a computer ready to use which was really helpful. All the personnel were helpful, friendly and extremely understanding. The office was extremely clean and comfortable, they even had a television in the ceiling so while they’re working on your mouth, you can watch television very cool. I gave him five stars and I’d recommend them to everyone.
