Dr Wong is easy to talk with, has superior knowledge and clearly cares about his patients' total experience. Every one of the staff were courteous, concerned and genuinely helpful. The office has ample, safe parking and well appointed interior. I had my first root canal, an experience I had been fearing all my life - Dr. Wong & his team made it a walk in the park....
Best dental office I ever went to you! Staff extremely friendly and professional. Explains everything from start to finish. Oh my goodness and Dr. Wong best doctor ever. He is very thorough and explains everything throughout the procedure. I went in and got a 3D scan and next day I was able to be seen and got the gentle wave root canal treatment. Didn't experience no pain throughout the whole treatment. I was so relaxed. Highly recommend this office!
I was facing a root canal that my regular dentist diagnosed. He recommended Dr. Wong at Creekside for the work. Dr. Wong was thorough and professional and personable. His staff assistants were also helpful. No one wants a root canal but if you have to have, I recommend Dr. Wong.
Shout out to the staff at Creekside Endodontics. This was one of the most pleasurable root canals I have had. The office is spa like and very comforting. Everything is explained throughout the process. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. All appointments were within a reasonable timeframe. I always received a follow up text to ensure I was doing okay. I am glad I was able to experience this type of care. Thank you Creekside Endodontics and thanks to the VA for referring me.
Great experience visiting Dr. Wong at Creekside for a consultation regarding a possible root canal. Root canal was not necessary. Dr. Wong explained what he was was doing prior to doing it so it helped calm my dental anxiety. I can get quite anxious and have a lot of sensitive nerves and pain with basic dental exams.
