I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Wong’s office. I needed an urgent root canal, Dr. Wong’s office got me in the same day! The entire staff was very professional and personable, they made me feel very comfortable. The assistant took the time to explain the entire process and what to expect. Dr. Wong worked efficiently, and he was very gentle. I am so grateful for the quick care I received. The office is nice and peaceful, the staff is kind and caring, starting with the front receptionists who were so patient and helpful. The assistants are so kind and thorough in explaining everything. Dr. Wong has a very calming approach, and got me through a scary tooth problem and got me feeling well in no time.
I've been here before. And received the same treatment as I have in the past; Outstanding Treatment! From the moment you enter, you'll be greeted with a warm smiling face of professionalism and dedication. After that, if X-rays are needed, you're received personal care taking you through the process. And Dr. Wong is soooooo knowledge, friendly, and above all else, thorough. What else is there?
Wow, Dr. Wong is the best! I hope that anyone that needs a root canal looks at reviews because you will not be disappointed! Very caring, professional, knowledgeable and personable! I had the utmost experience without any discomfort or pain. His office is focused on your comfort and wellbeing.
I am very nervous at the dentist and especially with a root canal. This experience was easy and pretty much painless. Dr Wong is gentle and staff is comforting. I especially found the tv monitor on the ceiling with the program of choice a nice distraction to get through the procedure.
