I am so grateful for the quick care I received. The office is nice and peaceful, the staff is kind and caring, starting with the front receptionists who were so patient and helpful. The assistants are so kind and thorough in explaining everything. Dr. Wong has a very calming approach, and got me through a scary tooth problem and got me feeling well in no time.
I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Wong’s office. I needed an urgent root canal, Dr. Wong’s office got me in the same day! The entire staff was very professional and personable, they made me feel very comfortable. The assistant took the time to explain the entire process and what to expect. Dr. Wong worked efficiently, and he was very gentle. Excellent and speedy care by all! The receptionist Kristie was warm and caring. Vanessa was very sweet and explained the steps of the scanning process and split use perfectly. Dr. Wong is an excellent clinician- he tested my teeth and determined that no root canal was needed explaining all the possible scenarios related to my tooth pain. I was very nervous as I had never had a root canal before. The staff there is SUPER kind and assistant that took me back was really informative. I let her know I was nervous and she gave me great peace of mind. Dr Wong is fantastic! Told me step by step the process and ensured me I was in great hands. I didn’t feel a thing after being numb and that was my biggest worry! No discomfort or anything after numbing wore off. 10/10 recommend
