It didn’t make sense at first how there were so many 5 star reviews. Well, after Dr Wong took care of my mother, despite having a numb mouth, she kept telling me how professional and gentle he was. The office staff are equally as kind and helpful. In particular, Lisa, who ensured everything went smoothly for the appointment. I hope not to need endodontic care, but if so, Dr Wong will be my first call.
All the staff were kind and knowledgeable and treated me with respect from the moment I stepped in the building. Dr Wong and his assistant were especially knowledgeable throughout my oral surgery asking if I was okay, was I hanging in there alright and talked me through the surgery. For what needed to be done I felt I was done quite quickly and made sure I felt okay before leaving. If anybody else requires oral surgery I would recommend going here.
Dr. Wong of Creekside Endodontics is to be commended for his professionalism. I was impressed that they sent me a health questionnaire prior to my appointment. This showed me Dr. Wong looks at the patient as a whole and not just "teeth". They took a blood pressure reading at my first visit and reviewed the diagnostic x-rays in detail with me prior to making a decision on course of treatment. Thank you Dr. Wong!
This office is amazing! I get referred from the VA to Doctor Wong and I have seen him twice and he has been professional, thorough, and I was able to get an appointment quickly that worked for me. His staff is great also, they follow up and are extremely friendly and professional! I would recommend Creekside Endodonics to everyone if you want great service and great care!
Bit difficult to navigate thru traffic & the look-alike buildings (they're on the back row). Once i found'm the staff, assistant, & DDS were all as good as could be. DDS was open & after reviewing the scans & pics... was honest & professional enuf to say no further procedure was necessary or recommended(!). Whew! No needles. No drilling. No drooling. (;-]
